The Aend-Ethiopia is the largest Ethiopian community Radio show in the world. Its mission is to enrich people’s lives with programmes that inform, educate and entertain.

Aend-Ethiopia broadcast a weekly programs, on Sunday information, educational, and cultural programming every week to an estimated worldwide audience of 5 million people and online.

Aend-Ethiopia weekly  Service broadcasts to the world on WUST 1120 AM radio, and online, providing news and information in Amharic  language.

The Aend-Ethiopia has a commercial arm, Aend-Ethiopia, which operates a range of businesses

The Aend-Ethiopia is governed by the Aend-Ethiopia board, which represents the interests of Ethiopian community and sets the overall strategy

Aend-Ethiopia is the leading Community/public radio station for Ethiopian news and information in the greater Washington D.C. area. It is member-supported, professionally-staffed, and licensed to Community church Radio station, in 1989. now in 2010 Aend-Ethiopia broadcast from  WUST 1120 AM. Since 1990, Aend-Ethiopia has provided programming to a growing audience that now totals more than 500,000 listeners in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

The station’s format blends a unique mixture of news, public affairs talk programming, and traditional Ethiopian music. Home to a team of award-winning local reporters and acclaimed talk radio hosts. Aend-Ethiopia offers comprehensive coverage of local, national and international events. During the week,  Aend-Ethiopia focuses on news and information. Weekends offer listeners a variety of news, entertainment and traditional Ethiopian music with internationally recognized Aend-Ethiopia hosts.

Aend-Ethiopia produces regular and special programming that reflects the unique all Ethiopian  environment and about the current affairs program. Every weekend, Aend-Ethiopia celebrates the diversity of the local area with unique features and interviews, while citizen commentaries and programs likeCommunity Voices periodically engage members of the community in the ongoing public dialogue. The  Aend-Ethiopia Community, a citizens’ advisory panel, sponsors forums to find ways that radio can shed light on difficult problems and complicated issues.
